I don't know who I am

ย
Guided by Horses is a horse-guided coaching process for women navigating identity shifts, empty nest, grief, divorce, career change, or a season of life that no longer feels true.

You're still showing up. But something in you has changed.
From the outside, your life may look mostly fine.
You're doing what needs to be done.
But inside, something no longer fits.
A relationship may be ending โ or already gone. The kids may need you less. The role you lived in for years may be shifting. The career that once made sense may no longer feel true. You may be grieving something real, even if no one else fully sees it.
You're not broken. But you may feel unmoored.
Tired of overthinking. Tired of holding it together.ย Tired of being everything to everyone.
Tired of trying to force clarity.
You don't need more advice. You don't need more pressure. You don't need someone to tell you what's wrong with you.
You need space to slow down, get honest with yourself, and feel your way back to solid ground.
When a woman feels safe enough to tell herself the truth, clarity follows โ and from clarity, right action becomes possible.
This process helps you come back to yourself.
You won't leave with a five-year plan or a list of things to fix. You'll leave with something harder to find and more useful โ a felt sense of who you are now, what actually matters, and what your next step looks like.
Women who go through this process describe it simply: they feel like themselves again. Clear. Grounded. Able to make decisions from their gut instead of their guilt.
Not because someone told them what to do. Because they finally had the space โ and the honest feedback of a horse โ to hear what they already knew.
This is not about fixing. It's about orienting. Finding solid ground in the middle of change, so you can move forward from truth instead of pressure.
Why Horses
Most of us are used to living from the neck up.
We think. We explain. We override what we feel.
A horse interrupts that.
Horses do not respond to the story you are telling. They respond to what is happening in your body.
Your breath.
Your tension.
Your pace.
Your presence.
Your hesitation.
She can fool her therapist. She can fool her friends. She can fool herself.
She cannot fool a 1,200-pound animal who reads nervous systems for survival.
That is why this work can reach places that conversation alone cannot.
You do not have to come in with the right words or a polished explanation.
You do not have to perform insight.
The horses help make what is true easier to feel, harder to avoid, and safer to face.
No horse experience is needed. Come as you are.
YOUR FIRST STEP
Start with the experience, not the commitment.
For most women, the right first step isn't signing up for a 6-week program. It's coming out to the ranch, meeting the horses, and feeling what this work is actually like.
That's what the Guided by Horses Gathering is for.
It's a 3-hour small-group experience โ limited to 6 women โ led by Victoria on our private property between Bend and Redmond. You'll be with the horses. You'll slow down. You'll notice things about yourself that are hard to access in the pace of everyday life.
It isn't a sales pitch. It isn't a preview or a teaser. It's real work โ just in a shorter container. And for many women, it's the moment they realize this is what they've been looking for.
If the gathering confirms what you're already sensing, we'll talk about the 6-week cohort. If it doesn't, you'll still leave with something valuable. No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest first experience.ย

Your Guide
Meet Victoria Williams
Victoria Williams is an equine-assisted coach, master's-level clinician (MSW), and lifelong horsewoman based in Central Oregon. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Somatic Psychology. Her work brings together clinical training, nearly three decades of experience with horses, and a grounded, body-first approach to change.
She is not here to fix, diagnose, or push women toward artificial breakthroughs. She is here to create a serious, well-held process where women can slow down, tell the truth, and find their way forward.
What makes her work distinct is not just that she works with horses. It is how she works โ with attention to the nervous system, to pacing, to congruence, and to what the body is communicating before words are ready.
For women who have spent years being everything for everyone else, this work offers a different kind of space โ one that helps them come back into relationship with themselves.
My role is guide, not guru. Witness, not authority. Partner, not performer.
