See how the round pen creates limitless opportunities for attunement between you and your horse; the circle is infinite - no dead ends or corners to get stuck in and no place for limiting beliefs to hide. Learn our ‘Reflection within the Round’ exercises, allowing your horse to mirror your truth to unlock clarity and joy in your life. Master your body language and energy to experience true connection and harmony with your horse.
Day 5 is Open Now:
Build confidence, promote relaxation and hold your horse’s attention. You will be guided on ‘The First 15 Warm-up’ routine to practice discipline and continuity so that you and your horse stay attuned through intentional energy, without stress or tension.
Day 6 is Open Now!
Balance is the foundation of good equitation. Before anything else, we have to be able to go with our horse easefully. Boots to Tips Body Scanning and Dream Ride Visualizations build your somatic awareness and stability so that you can achieve an effortless seat without brace or tension in your body or your mind.
